RIVER APARTAMENTS

River Apartments is a modern residential complex along the Nemunas River in Kaunas. It features two buildings—7 and 8 stories high—with 40 spacious units ranging from 51 to 163 m². Over 70% of the apartments exceed 90 m², each offering river views through wide windows, generous balconies, and green terraces that bring nature into daily life.

Architects Laurynas Avyžius and Andrius Kalinauskas, in collaboration with the Nebrau team, designed the complex to harmonize with the surrounding riverside architecture. The buildings extend the line of the existing pier and sit adjacent to the ALIA administrative complex, blending urban and natural elements.

The structure incorporates prefabricated three-layer concrete panels, shaped with RECKLI matrix technology to create a textured façade. High-performance sound-insulation panels ensure a quiet and comfortable living experience.

With just one to three units per floor, the layout ensures privacy. Shared outdoor spaces include a green courtyard, children’s playground, and recreation areas. Residents also benefit from underground parking, bicycle storage, and EV charging stations.

River Apartments meets the highest A++ energy class. The use of sustainable materials and technologies supports long-term comfort, quality, and eco-conscious living.
