RIVER APARTAMENTS

‘River apartaments’ is a modern space of two, 7 and 8-storey houses by the Nemunas River, where anyone who appreciates exceptional quality in their everyday life can create their lives. Both houses have designed 40 apartments, measuring 51 – 163 sq.m. m. Even 70 percent apartments are larger than 90 sq.m. m. Apartments are planned in such a way that, without exception, all residents can enjoy the enchanting change of seasons on the slopes of the Nemunas from their living room windows. You can be closer to nature and feel the rhythm of the river on spacious balconies and cozy green terraces.

The design proposals for the river apartments were prepared by the architect Laurynas Avyžius together with the Nebrau.com architectural studio. The architecture of multi-apartment houses is a continuation of the construction line of the existing pier, which in general architectural expression further extends and increases the quality of the architecture of the city of Kaunas. The height of the houses, the proportions of the volume, and the direction of the countries make up a clear ensemble of buildings, in which the residential part appears next to the current administrative building ALIA. During the design, all solutions were selected in such a way as to maintain the unique synthesis of the Nemunas River, nature and modern architecture. The construction of the buildings is also unique – the construction is carried out using high-quality prefabricated three-layer concrete modules, using RECKLI’s patented facade matrix technology. FILIGRAN overlay panels with high sound insulation are used.
‘River apartments’ are spacious housing for the whole family, fully adapted for comfortable living in the city. A closed green yard with a children’s playground and recreation area is planned between the houses. Underground car and bicycle storage, electric car charging stations have been designed. The layout of the river apartments is unique in that there are 1-3 apartments on one floor, so while living among special people, your personal life will remain private. The houses are of the highest A++ energy class, the most modern technologies and the highest quality materials are used in their construction.
