This project, located in a commercial zone, merges utility with identity through a clean, modern design. Its simple rectangular form avoids visual dominance, instead expressing clarity, precision, and sustainability.
The design separates the administrative and warehouse functions. The administrative block stands at the front, distinct in both structure and appearance. This contrast enhances the company’s visibility and reflects a forward-thinking identity.
Sustainability is emphasized through a visible glulam (glued laminated timber) structure. It adds both architectural character and eco-conscious value to the building.
-
Ground floor: Open-plan offices encourage flexibility and collaboration.
-
Second floor: Support areas maintain organizational flow.
A seamless connection between the two parts allows staff to move freely, supporting smooth daily operations.
The facade blends glass, concrete, and wood. Repetitive window rhythms and façade recesses add depth and break up the long mass. The administrative volume extends slightly beyond the warehouse, making a confident, modern statement toward the street.
By clearly distinguishing its functional zones and using expressive, sustainable materials, the building offers a strong architectural identity. It stands as a reflection of environmentally responsible construction and thoughtful design.
