Project Proposal: Modern 3-Storey House on a Sloping Site in Kaunas

This modern three-storey house is designed to adapt seamlessly to a challenging 15-meter slope in the heart of Kaunas city center. Surrounded by lush trees, the home offers a private retreat away from the daily hustle and bustle. The design combines raw concrete and expansive glass elements, creating a minimalist yet warm living space that connects indoor comfort with the natural environment.
