Situated in the scenic Kaunas district, this contemporary home by Nebrau Architecture merges naturally with the surrounding landscape, creating a warm, modern sanctuary for family life.

The structure combines brick, wood, and glass in a way that balances durability with elegance. The layout emphasizes simplicity and strong connections—linking indoor and outdoor spaces, and integrating materials with the environment.

Inside, the design prioritizes openness and natural light. A flowing layout joins the kitchen, dining, and living areas, encouraging family interaction and comfort. The architects selected materials and finishes for their tactile quality and long-lasting appeal, shaping an inviting yet refined atmosphere. Bedrooms provide quiet retreat spaces, and bathrooms showcase minimalist elegance with high-end fixtures.

The outdoor areas extend the living experience. A private terrace and landscaped garden create a seamless transition between architecture and nature, offering peaceful, functional spaces for relaxation and socializing.
