Modern Commercial Building in Veiveriu Street, Kaunas

Our latest commercial building is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding architectural typology. Situated in the heart of Veiveriu Street in Kaunas, the project respects the traditional shapes of nearby houses while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic.

Contextual Design and Urban Integration

The area is characterized by typical residential shapes, which posed a design challenge. However, we embraced this by creating a structure that matches the common form and scale of its neighbors. This approach ensures that the new building complements the existing streetscape without overpowering it.

Materials and Facade

The facade uses green zinc cladding, offering a contemporary yet natural feel. This choice connects the building to the greenery around it and reflects modern architectural trends. To add contrast and elegance, black window frames were incorporated, emphasizing clean lines and giving the building a sharp look.

Location and Significance

Located in a central and vibrant part of Kaunas, this commercial building offers functional spaces while maintaining respect for the historic and urban context. It exemplifies how modern design can coexist with traditional neighborhoods through careful material and form choices.
