This modern house proposal is designed for a sloping site in Kaunas, featuring a 3-meter drop. The living zone is thoughtfully placed in the inner part of the plot, providing privacy and comfort. The hanging rectangular concrete facade faces the main street, creating a striking and welcoming visual impact.
Design and Materials
The design embraces simplicity while maintaining character through clean lines and bold geometry. The main materials used are concrete and glass, which combine to create a modern, durable, and elegant look. The transparent glass contrasts beautifully with the solid concrete, allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces.
Construction Timeline
Construction is planned to start in 2024, marking the beginning of a modern architectural addition to Kaunas’s residential landscape.
